WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
AllThingsDeco aims to deliver your order to you in Singapore(within 2-4 weeks) and for International(3-5weeks) from the date of payment. Payment is confirmed upon customer’s receipt of a payment confirmation email which will be sent to the customer’s inbox following successful payment(kindly check your junkmail box as well).
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Singapore and Malaysia orders:
Flat fee: SGD6.70
Complimentary Delivery above $80
Asia orders: SGD18 per item
International orders: SGD25 per item
International Bag Care orders: additional SGD5 per item

We will send you an email notification once you order is ready and you will receive an SMS notification on the day that your order is out for delivery.

All payments are required to be made within 30 minutes. Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the desired item is still available.
Reservation is not permitted.
USING DISCOUNT CODES
If you have a discount code, you can enter it during the check out process. Once you have entered the code, click the “Apply Discount” button to receive your discount.
AMEND/CANCEL ORDER
Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.
